hello guyz

It happened to me twice this week, so I thought I might share it with you.

Here we go:

I was using my data-traveler (Flash) to copy some stuff from another PC (which was infected with virus).
After I put my flash into my computer and scanned it with Kaspersky PURE (A really strong antivirus). I found all the folders are gone.
Actually, they were just hidden, when I tried to UN-HIDE it I found this...

So, Even the strongest antivirus is just a software [ندعوك للتسجيل في المنتدى أو التعريف بنفسك لمعاينة هذه الصورة]

Now is our turn, click on start>run>type "CMD"
Like here
[ندعوك للتسجيل في المنتدى أو التعريف بنفسك لمعاينة هذه الصورة]

Now go to the removable drive where the hidden file is (Mine was K)

"cd.." is a CMD commend for going out of the current location like Up or BACK

Now type "attrib -s -h /s /d *.*"
This will UN-Hide EVERY thing in this location

If you wanna UN-hide one exact file use
"attrib -s -h /s /d FILENAME"

EXAMPLE: the file I wanna UN-hide a file called pumps.PDF, so I'll write
"attrib -s -h /s /d PUMPS.PDF"

Now, If you go to the file that was COMPELETLY hidden, you'll find it there and waiting for you

first thanks for this new order that you add to our info
Man iam so sorry to telling you that Kasper isn't the strongest anti-virus
Not even my favorite program avira
There is no completely program
(I think you know why but if you don't I'll tell you later)
Simply i used to use avira and USB Disk security believe me it's a very good
way to avoid the virus bites and for additional security
i use kasper tool in emergency
and i have the most of anti virus programs

Thanks for your comment and you mean "There's no compelet progeram".
Anyway, I believe Avira is mostly a weak software, since it can be easily cracked (That's why it's popular too), so a company that cannot protect its product, will it protect other computers??????
Anyway it's only my opioin.. :), besides I buy software, I don't use it ccracked

also, PURE isn't my number one choice.
The BEST antivirus will be NORTON 360

Kasper didn't fail detecting the"Worm Trojan" on your flash drive.
obviously the Trojan was previously deleted and before it got deleted it did it's job by hiding the original files and creating a new files and binding a Trojan with those new files so whenever you copy those new fake files ( which you think it's the original files) to a new computer it gets infected as well.
So it's not the anti-virus job to UN-hide your original hidden files.

But after all ahmed you really got so HQ and informative post there. Keep it up, you are daa GUY !!

But.... who said that Kasper didn't detect it?? All I said that Kasper couldn't fix WHAT THE VIRUS CAUSED, and that's nothing compared to your knowledge

FOR GOD SAKE PEOPLE
stop using Kaspersky it's like very hard to bypass it when creating a Trojan Horse :PP
Really it's pain in the ass to bypass the Kasper detection of trojan horse,Anyway i have just bypassed it today :)
and finally finished my third design assignment ^_^
