First Year Subjects

Hey!

this post to help the new students to know more about our school

I am gonna tell ya about all the subjects

but first you need to know important thing
the subjects are divided to three things
1)normal subjects or you can call it Arabic subjects.
these subjects are like the normal high school subjects but here in our school we take less than they take.
2) Edexcel subjects.
these subjects are only existed in our school so you won't find them any where in Egypt.
3) English Course.
Berlitz English Courses

here we go

First Term
1) the normal subjects:
-Arabic
-Social
-Religion
-Technical English
-Mathematics

2) Edexcel subjects:
-Engineering drawing
-Electronic circuits
-working practicing in Engineering

3) English Courses:
Level 1

Second Term

1) normal subjects:
-Arabic
-social
-Religion
-Technical English

2) Edexcel subjects:
- using & interpreting Engineering information
- Applied Electrical & Mechanical Science For Engineering
- Mathematics For Technicians

3) English Courses :
Level 2

I think that there is no problem in the normal subjects or the courses

the only problem for you will be in Edexcel subjects
because all of them are new also you will study them in English

so that i am gonna tell you few things about every subject

1) Engineering Drawing:
from the name
all the subject about Drawing
but in Engineering not any drawing
like the students in college you will know every thing about the Drawing
from how you draw a straight line with your hand
to how you use a program in drawing like CAD
all the subject from the mechanical dept. just small part will be about how to draw an electrical circuit

2) Electronic circuit:
you will know about all the small Electrical components & circuits in the applications around you
and all the subject which contains from 4 outcomes .. are from the electrical dept.

3) working practicing in engineering:
this subject is about what to do when you enter a workshop or a workplace
how to stay safe and how to know the risks of your job
also you will do many experiment with your hands
this subject is referred to the mechanical dept. just one experiment is in the electrical workshop

4) using & interpreting Engineering information:
this subject is about how to read and recognize the information in any thing referred to engineering
mechanical or electrical
but here the mechanical part is bigger than the electrical part

5) Applied Electrical & Mechanical Science For Engineering :
all of the subject is about definitions and laws in both electrical & mechanical departments
but in this subject the electrical part equal the mechanical part

6) Mathematics :
i think all of us know it

all of this i was talking about the theoretical part only !
but the practical part will not be easy
& every subject you will have an important practical part you have to do it with your hands
